For agencies
Proof that the work landed, from someone other than you
The hardest part of an SEO retainer is not the work. It is demonstrating, month after month, that the work was worth paying for — using numbers you produced yourself, about a channel the client cannot independently assess.
Third-party verification
A score from an independent standard with published criteria carries weight your own dashboard cannot. The client can read exactly what was checked and recompute the number themselves.
A retainer that shows its work
Replace the monthly report with a work log: 14 orders verified this month, each against a published criterion, each with before-and-after evidence. Churn conversations get much shorter.
Onboarding in nine minutes
Run an inspection during the pitch. You walk in with a scoped, priced, prioritised remediation plan instead of a promise to do an audit in week one.
Portfolio dashboard
Every client site, current determination, score movement since last inspection, and open versus verified work. Sorted by what needs attention, not alphabetically.
| Site | Status | Score | Δ | Open | Verified |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| northline.co.nz | fail | 67 | +26 | 20 | 6 |
| kowhaidigital.co.nz | pass | 91 | +3 | 3 | 34 |
| harbourfreight.nz | pass | 78 | -1 | 7 | 19 |
| tepuke-orchards.co.nz | pass | 84 | +22 | 5 | 22 |
| southerntimber.co.nz | fail | 54 | -1 | 26 | 3 |
| aotearoaoutdoor.com | conditional | 72 | +4 | 11 | 14 |
What the portfolio plan includes
White-label reports
Your logo, your domain, your colours on the checksheet and certificate. The standard stays attributed to SEOWof — a white-labelled standard would be worthless as third-party verification.
Verified work log
A client-facing record of every work order closed, with the check code, the criterion, and the before-and-after evidence. This is your retainer justification, written automatically.
Bulk export
Push work orders into Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello or CSV with acceptance criteria intact. They arrive as tickets a developer can action, not as a spreadsheet.
Deploy-triggered inspection
Webhook a re-inspection on deploy. Catch the regression the same day rather than in next quarter's audit.
New business inspections
Run an inspection on a prospect before the pitch. Turn up with a scoped, priced remediation plan and you are already doing the job.
API access
Programmatic inspections, results and work orders. Build it into your own dashboard if you would rather.
One thing to be clear about
We cannot make a client's score go up because you are paying us. Scoring is deterministic from published weights and identical for every site on the platform. If you take on a client whose site is genuinely broken, the first inspection will say so — which is uncomfortable in month one and extremely useful in month six, when the same standard shows the number moving because of work you did.
Talk to us about a portfolio
Tell us how many sites and what you currently use. If SEOWof is not a fit we will say so — we would rather not onboard an agency that needs something we do not do.
